Driver tossed a £220 boxed Lladro figurine over a seven foot locked gate. Needless to say it was shattered on opening.

YODEL terminated their web chat twice when I asked how to complain

Have arranged for a collection of parcel twice and both time no one has turned up even though I was assured via phone on the second occasion they would definitely come.

I was forced to contact them via web chat as the offices were closed and was told that the firm I am returning the parcel to must make re-collection arrangements (contrary to what I was told on the phone) and when I asked how to make a complaint, they ended the chat – twice!

Rude and aggressive YODEL driver tailgated me

Well had to comment about how rude and aggressive an experience I just had with a Yodel driver. So much for goodwill to all men the fool of a man tailed me and took objection at me not driving into a box junction on Euston road.

Ironically he then tail gated me and ended up stopping for quite a while in the box junction himself so if there is any justice in the world he will be getting a penalty charge notice by the new year.

Not surprised they are always involved in accidents especially as he was clearly on hi mobile at the same time.

YODEL won’t pick up a collection from Muddyfox

I am trying to return a bike I bought from Muddyfox. I have now booked 7 collections but everytime they say that property not found, however, they have delivered this bike and several other items to my house.

I have complained about this but nothing has happened so far. Don’t know what are my options now.

YODEL attempts delivery of Gousto parcel full of rotting fish

I loved having Gousto send me yummy food every week. But I hated having Yodel bollocks up the delivery in almost comedy fashion virtually every time. Typically the food parcel was either delivered late, or simply not delivered at all, so I regretfully gave up with Gousto.

On one occasion, even though the parcel had special instructions/labels stating ‘contains food, leave on porch, must be delivered within 24hrs’, when unable to make the delivery on a Friday they attempted to re-deliver the parcel full of rotting fish to me on the Monday.

Quite what might have foiled their attempt to leave the parcel on my porch (which is on a main road) in the first place is beyond me.

YODEL failed to deliver because the driver had ‘address issues’

Waited in all day on my day off for Yodel to deliver my package but at 1930 via DM on Twitter I was told the driver had address issues. This is the same address that Yodel delivered to last week for an upstairs neighbour.

This is the THIRD delivery Yodel have attempted to make to me that has not been completed on the first attempt.

I used to live in a small village in rural Wales, so I did most of my shopping online. I also studied via the Open University and received my course materials by post, through Yodel. The Yodel driver who served the village was EXTREMELY over familiar to the point where I was uncomfortable and scared. He would force himself in the doorway, leer at me and try to touch my tattoos. He was verbally inappropriate as well as physically imposing.

Lost parcel last scanned at Hatfield Depot 16th Dec

We [ The sender and I ] have been told so far by Yodel

a) Thursday 17th The parcel is on way to local Depot
.
b) Friday 18th The parcel is at Yodel sorting office
.
c) Saturday 19th The parcel is in transit to Fastwway Ireland [ Yodel said they would do a “Base Check” and notify sender, which was not done ]
.
d) ” ” Told to notify Post NL [ Post NL wwas contacted and said parcel was received and scanned by network partner I.E. Yodel ] they gave this location number that it was scanned and received at location number xxxx

e) Monday 21st Sender was told the parcel is in van/lorry transit and to contact Fastway.ie Fastway were contacted Monday 21st and Tues 22nd, they have no record of tracking number
.
f) Monday 21st I was told that Yodel did NOT recieve the parcel, but only the paperwork [ Despite Yodel website states clearly it was scanned and received and was in sorting office Hatfield ] and Post NL website confirms it was received and scanned in UK..

Then was told “If you arrange a replacement parcel to be sent via Yodel. Email in and I’ll gladly track this to ensure delivery for you”. Lol

Tuesday 22nd The parcel HAS entered our network but not been received into the correct depot and it’s last scans was on the 16th with no scans since.

My best advice would be to get in touch with the sender more on this as your contractual relationship lies with the sender blah blah…. This contradicts the previous email in which they said they did not receive it

How do they get away with these sort of issues??
