After FIVE days YODEL doesn’t know where my parcel is
I have been waiting for a parcel that failed to be delivered on 11/09/16 even though they put a card through my door.
I have been chasing for 5 days to finally be told they are sorry but they are not sure where my parcel is but ring the supplier to see if it has been sent back to them.
Having been told that I was then asked if I was happy with the service. ha ha ha
