I will never purchase anything where YODEL is involved
Lies, lies, lies! Yodel claim to have attempted to collect an item from my home address.
Booked a day off work, sat in for the 13 hour window and they never showed up. When I complained, they emailed me some GPS co-ordinates and told me that they did – What a load of rubbish.
I wish I could opt-out of their services – I will not purchase anything if I know beforehand that YODEL will be delivering it (or not).
