I will refuse to order from any company using YODEL
Absolutely terrible service. Driver lied about coming to drop off a parcel, lied about the number of times he’s attempted to deliver, and then proceeded to say that I was to blame for not yet having my parcel because my house was difficult to find (even though my address is prominently displayed outside). Will refuse to order from any company that uses Yodel as a delivery service in the future. No customer deserves to be shouted at (particularly when it’s the deliveryman at fault).
