Parcel has been reported missing after three weeks

Parcel has been out for delivery with driver since 0810hrs today, December 14th. Contacted “customer service” and many minutes later after they “checked” apparently it hadn’t been scanned for sometime, hence I have to complete a lost parcel with my sender.
The parcel took 3 weeks to get here! I am appalled by this service. Up to this very moment at 2235hrs, the site is still showing parcel is out for delivery by driver, however I am told by a representative that the parcel is apparently missing.
