Parcel went missing with YODEL
Driver collected parcel. Parcel did not get to recpient. I have been phoning Yodel on a daily basis. They know who the driver is but he denies collecting even though I can prove that he was at my house as he was delvering another parcel. so I have lost a £140 peice of kit. I don’t know what to do now. Every time I phone Yodel there is a different excuse.
In the last few days their latest excuse is that the computer system is down. Fed up
