YODEL delivery stolen after being left on doorstep
Yodel courier left parcel on the doorstep in public view – police agreed it was a stupid place to leave it and we have a crime report number.
Yodel supervisor PROMISED to contact seller to get them to begin claim process (they wouldn’t as item’s tracking had been clicked ‘delivered’by courier). This promise never happened and yodel then said they wouldn’t do this as it was against policy.
Another supervisor promised to chase things up but didn’t ever get back to me -another broken promise. Such an appalling exhibition of internal employees passing the buck from one to another, with no one actually caring enough to help.
To break a promise to a customer once it has been made it absolutely terrible. I don’t know how yodel is allowed to continue. Disgusted
