YODEL screwed up my wife’s Valentine’s Day
Yodel tried to deliver my wife’s Valentine’s Day present (ordered from Amazon Prime no less) on the 11th Feb. I was at work. They left a card.
I rescheduled for the 14th, which is a Saturday, and made sure I was in all day.
No delivery.
When I complained they advised that I had contacted them on the 13th Feb asking them to hold the delivery, WHICH MAKES NO SENSE! Why would I delay the redelivery of a Valentine’s Day present?! Yodel support were evasive and sarcastic.
The complaint letter to CEO Neil Lloyd is being written.
