YODEL terminated their web chat twice when I asked how to complain

Have arranged for a collection of parcel twice and both time no one has turned up even though I was assured via phone on the second occasion they would definitely come.

I was forced to contact them via web chat as the offices were closed and was told that the firm I am returning the parcel to must make re-collection arrangements (contrary to what I was told on the phone) and when I asked how to make a complaint, they ended the chat – twice!
