Exactly the same happened to me, they promised an investigation and interviewed the driver who lied through his teeth, even though I had proof the parcel hadn’t been delivered to, and signed for by my husband as he claimed. I was told it was my word against theirs and had to contact and claim a refund myself from the suppliers. Appalling company and customer service. I now avoid like the plague and never buy from anybody who uses them :/
