YODEL won’t pick up a collection from Muddyfox
I am trying to return a bike I bought from Muddyfox. I have now booked 7 collections but everytime they say that property not found, however, they have delivered this bike and several other items to my house.
I have complained about this but nothing has happened so far. Don’t know what are my options now.
I booked Yodel through ‘parcel2go’ They were meant to come on the Wednesday between 8 and 6. I waited in all day (and evening so didn’t leave my house. I checked their website the next day and it read ‘ attemp to deliver made at 18.24, no one in card left. I was fuming as I was in and no one came, and certainly NO card was left. I then rebooked it for the Friday and exactly the same scenario…….I was in all day and their website informed me attemp at delivery and card left…..NOT TRUE AND NO CARDS LEFT ON EITHER OCCASION. I recall I had bother with them in the past about non delivery but thought I would give them a second chance.
Please, please, if you have a package to send DON’T use Yodel, it won’t get picked up. Truly awful with no where to call and complain and not even an option to email them to ask for a refund. I now have to book another courier. Wish I just paid the extra and took it the post office.
