keep getting told they’ve tried to deliver my parcel but couldn’t gain access which is untrue as the building is open 16 hours per . Parcel ref JD00002251061553880

Yodel say they tried 3 deliveries to me 1 couldn’t find house. 2 tracking stopped 3 away 3rd tracking stopped 17 away now no parcel no way to contact them and I can’t arange to collect it as the website say no attempted delivery.
