Ordered in time for Christmas, but YODEL failed

Ordered something on the 8th December & tracking has been down as “will be delivered today” for the last 10 days. Now Christmas Eve and still no delivery. Spoke to their customer service live chat a week ago who straight up lied and said it will be here in the next 24-48 hours and I’ll receive an email if not. Still no email. Still no delivery
