Tracking says they delivered when they clearly did not

Yodel delivered a pair of curtains recently, well they did according to there tracking information. It clearly states ‘Parcel put through mailbox’ Living in flats, I have a tiny mailbox on the wall, so unless these were curtains for a dolls house – I don’t think so!

This week I missed a parcel, arranged for re-delivered on the day I was off work… Waited in but according to online information item was still at the depot, with a ‘Sorry’ it’s not been loaded onto the van for delivery… Sign, I nipped out to get some milk, and quarter to 4 I missed them… So much for the parcel being in the depot still!
