YODEL courier wrestled with me as I took the parcel

Your courier that delivered our new virgin hub today was extremely rude and threatening, I had noticed that the parcel looked damaged & asked to have a look, he said “it’s against company policy & I will say you have refused it,” wrestling with me as I went to take it, and then walking away with it. I only asked to look before I signed, I didn’t refuse to take it at all. This man is an oaf and shouldn’t have a job dealing with the public, I am taking this further, I was polite & friendly towards him, I am 65 and didn’t a disagreeable confrontation on my doorstep, what charming people you employ.
