YODEL messed up my Argos delivery
Spent £400 quid with Argos they used yodel to deliver nothing came no card nothing then I get the parcel is delivered I contact Argos to say it has not come they say yodel say it has and been signed for so if I want to do anything about it I have to get legal advice as there’s nothing Argos can do also driver interviewed Argos say that he described my 72 year old mum as in her 40s that’s funny I’m her son and I’m 49…I have sent Argos and yodel an data information request on all info they have on account let’s see what they send me
