YODEL tried 8 times to deliver my parcel

Last week (having paid for next day delivery) it took approx 8 delivery attempts to get my item delivered to my home address (which is in the middle of west London). My latest item has been “lost” in the depot – their expression not mine. I’ve contacted the supplier but it’s now out of stock.
What is wrong with these people???
