I delivered an order through Naked Wines (forgetting as I always do that they use Yohell). I always get deliveries to the office, it saves time and the bother of taking a day (or twelve off work).

Unsurprisingly the delivery driver attempted delivery at 11.59am (when there were twenty people in the office) and there was “no response” it’s now been returned to the depot for re-delivery, so I have to wait in the office until 9pm!

Apparently, as a solicitor, Yodel think I might not be truthful about our office being open at 11.59. Still can’t find the calling card either.

Package has been sat at their Warrington depot since 2am on the 4th Decemeber. It only needs delivering to a Warrington address and 6 days later, it hasn’t moved. I phoned to be told they were “unusually busy” due to the “high volume of seasonal packages”. Did Christmas sneak up on Yodel this year? It’s not usually known for changing it’s date much – well not in the last couple of thousand years, but it seems to have taken Yodel by surprise…

Bought a vintage guitar from eBay on 21 Nov. Shipping from US. Estimated delivery 4th and 11th Dec (guess they already anticipated the Yodel factor). Item travelled around the US for a bit, no problems and arrived in the UK on Dec 4.

Was told by 13ten the importer it was now with Yodel, despite no tracking number provided, no updates and no information as to where it may be.

Essentially it has disappeared into the Yodel vacuum. Cannot believe it has sat in a sort centre for over a week without being scanned in. Yodel being Yodel, no one to answer a call, social media attempts receive generic canned responses and each day the frustration grows.

What the actual fuck Yodel?

MY parcel was dispatched by lookfantasic on 3rd Dec, and there is still no tracking info, I will be permanently leaving UK on 14th Dec, so please hurry up! It is somehow unbelievable that my parcel can not be delivered with 14 days within UK!!!!!!!!!!! My Tracking number is: JJD0002250236742575. Still throwing items over 8′ fence and faking signatures one year later …

Twice I’ve had the misfortunate to receive a Yodel parcel, twice they have throw fragile items/electronics over a 8′ fence onto concrete, leaving the items out in the rain … and then faking a signature later.

Complained last time, they say the driver admitted it. Still doing it a year later.

This is clearly their policy … “throw item, gamble it is OK, pay compensation on the few cases that can be bothered.

I’ve just read they are smashing the red memorial poppies from the Tower of London now! Guess how?

Yodel took two parcels from my work office which didn’t have any package information on them. Nothing but grief I wouldn’t use them if my life depended on it….

Box sitting in depot for 5 days, customer demanding goods, nothing I can do, no number to call and ask where the hell is the parcel!

next day delivery and 10 days later nothing! ordered for a 30th birthday present! why do companies use yodel when there are much better alternatives?!?!?!?!

Amazon just lost my prime membership, 3 times theyve used yodel and three times ive complained!
