Total lies from YODEL yet again

I ordered a lot of clothes last Sunday from Adsa as my kids all out of old stuff and I knew weather was going to be bad; so ordered next day delivery nothing comes I had one item Tuesday and another 3 on Wednesday Yodel promised Asda I would receive rest yesterday (Friday) morning. It never came rang this morning Asda call them; Yodel say they tried delivery this very morning but it was refused.

Total lies, I have mobility problems and I cant drive so I rely on home delivery, and now two of my kids have no warm coats one has a chest infection the weather is terrible; and this is because the order was canceled after the said they couldn’t redeliver cos it went straight back to Asda even though its still like 11.28a.m as I’m typing this…not possible

I worked for Yodel for a very short time I realised very quickly they are scamming bunch of …….. I was being paid or so I thought 95p per parcel you are not paid for attempts just per delivery so if it takes you 3 attempts its still 95p all well and good you may be think ….yeah I did as well to start with then they make you wait 4 weeks before payment ….your slowly spending what savings you have left to keep going while you wait to be paid ….all the while working on avg 7 hours a day trying to deliver these parcels ….at the same time Breaking your car and running up high fuel bills …..

to cut to the chase after 11 days of this my car now rattling and clunking after the huge weight loads and stress I just put it through for these clowns it died šŸ™ ….so Pay day finally arrives maybe I can fix my car at least I think ……what’s this only paid Ā£190!!! I delivered 323 parcels over ll days 7 hours a day even in the lowest paid job out there i would have took home more I worked it out they should have paid me Ā£306.85 now I cant get hold of anyone they won’t respond to emails I got a missus and 3 kids we have nothing to show for this apart from an empty bank account a broken car and a Company that is blatantly setup to not pay a fair wage and exploit people and you wonder why your parcels end up not being delivered its cos the poor person they coned has just got wise…..

STOP USING THIS COMPANY NOW!!!! THEY ARE RIPPING YOU ALL OFF!!!

Parcel went missing with YODEL

Driver collected parcel. Parcel did not get to recpient. I have been phoning Yodel on a daily basis. They know who the driver is but he denies collecting even though I can prove that he was at my house as he was delvering another parcel. so I have lost a Ā£140 peice of kit. I don’t know what to do now. Every time I phone Yodel there is a different excuse.

In the last few days their latest excuse is that the computer system is down. Fed up

Thousands of pounds worth of goods left in the rain

Yodel left two large very heavy boxes on my drive in the pouring rain, damaging Ā£1,000 of goods (I have the receipt to prove it!). They wrote on the card, parcels left behind wheelie bin. Phoned to complain to be told driver has indicated the parcels have been signed for! I said this is not true, response was well that’s what the driver had said! I explained the driver had lied and all I got was a ‘feedback’ will be given! Whatabout my damaged goods, whatabout the lying driver?

Lost two parcels in two weeks

Hello,
My name is Edward and the guys from Yodel managed to lose 2 parcels in 2 weeks.
Can you belive this?
The first parcel was never recovered. The second one was suppose o arrive Saturday 15.08.2015 between 7:00 and 12:00.
The delivery was ticket updated today(17.08.2015) at 12:19 that it was signed for it.
All this time I was home….i did not sign for it.
Called them back and they told me that the parcel was signed by JON at 12:19….There is no Jon at the address.
How can you leave any parcel with another person???
What if you live next door and I pick up your 2000 pounds parcel with a laptop inside?(just an example mine was cheaper)
And if you were at the right address why did you not leave a card? And them leave the parcel with someone else?
The company that I bought the products said it’s not their fault and they will not refund me.
Called YODEL back and told me that they will have to wait for the delivery driver to return to the depot take an interview with him and they will call me in 48 hours.
WTF….48 hours to interview 1 stupid driver? What is this an interview for the Bank of England?
All they had to do is call the driver and tell him to go back and take the parcel and then deliver it to the right address.
No they can’t do this. Why? Because he is not allowed to speak on the phone while driving.
They pull the F**K OVER!!!
Stupid idiots.

What am I suppose to do now? Know on every door in my building and ask them if they can let me look inside their home for my products?

Worst courier service ever. Stay away from them…
F***K you YODEL….you owe me my money back…

Good Evening,

I would like to communicate with you at how dissatisfied I am with your customer services and delivery procedure at yodel.

I have currently been waiting 6 days for a delivery of my parcel. Below you will find a itinerary of how I have been waiting for your delivery driver to arrive. As you may see I am extremely frustrated with the differences of answers from your customer service team. Every time I have called them I have been given different reasons, a lack of understanding from your agents and have been blagged off by the most ridiculous excuses. I have tried to call the driver several times on the advertised number of contact to the driver on the tracking page. YODEL delivered 4 out of 6 poppies and claimed all had been delivered

Ordered 6 Poppies. Yodel delivered 4 today. I asked driver if that’s all there was, he said yes. Then received notification that all 6 had been delivered. So the driver scanned all 6 and left 2 on the van? Only one explanation. Very unhappy with Yodel AGAIN!

Order from Wowcher thrown over fence and smashed

I ordered a projector from Wowcher which was delivered via Yodel. I live on the first floor. They threw it over a fence into the Ground Floors Garden. My projector was broken and they’re denying all responsibility for it.

YODEL screwed up my wife’s Valentine’s Day

Yodel tried to deliver my wife’s Valentine’s Day present (ordered from Amazon Prime no less) on the 11th Feb. I was at work. They left a card.
I rescheduled for the 14th, which is a Saturday, and made sure I was in all day.

No delivery.

When I complained they advised that I had contacted them on the 13th Feb asking them to hold the delivery, WHICH MAKES NO SENSE! Why would I delay the redelivery of a Valentine’s Day present?! Yodel support were evasive and sarcastic.

The complaint letter to CEO Neil Lloyd is being written.
