eFlorist order never turned up
Ordered flowers, chocolates and teddy for me wife through a company called eflorist. Order was placed over a week ago and expecting delivery today on our anniversary. Got an email from Yodel this stating delivery (alarm bells started ringing as I know through previous experience how bad they are)
I immediately called the florist with my concerns, to which have come true, nothing delivered.
Yodel havent got a clue, the customer service is just as bad as their delivery drivers. I think you have to take a test and score under an IQ of 2 to actually get a job with them.
