Failed Delivery for Birthday- WAITROSE

I am mortified. Having yesterday been forced to send emergency flowers for my daughter’s birthday (which is on Valentine’s Day) due to failed delivery of her presents from Royal Mail, I called Waitrose to confirm the safest selection of flowers to ensure delivery on the 14th for her birthday. No updates sent. Clearly no flowers. Called Waitrose twice – they apologised that Yodel are having problems. I want to scream from frustration. I am a big John Lewis and Waitrose customer and so furious that they are using Yodel who clearly are incompetent.

WAITROSE – the person managing this contract should be fired.
