I worked for Yodel in Alfreton. All the posts I am reading are all true. And the theft within Yodel is massive. Thousands of pounds worth of customers deliveries. Customers are stealing or lying about deliveries also as the poor delivery methods allow unscrupulous people to nick.
They pay peanuts and that’s why you get a shit survice.
Poor senior managers.
Poor training for staff and delivery drivers.
They disregard the driving laws. Some drivers are at it 16 hours, get home at 11 or 12 at night back in at 5.
The company is a joke.
I would never tell anyone that I worked for them and never wore my logo hi vi’s in public.
They do not really give a shit about your parcel.
I worked for them but will not use anyone who they deliver for. I have had first hand experience in how your parcels are treated.
