Paid extra for specific delivery day… it was ignored
I payed extra for an item to arrive yesterday at my place of employment. I later contacted the driver whom left me this as a response as to why he couldn’t/wouldn’t deliver.
My tracking indicated there was an issue at 14:07 and so contacted him at 5 to get the aforementioned response. Yodel are currently trying to resolve the issue, though I have no idea if it will be delivered today.
To add insult to injury it was a parting gift for my work colleague, I had to get a last minute replacement.
I don’t hold the customer services responsible, to their credit they have been pretty good.
