Three days late with no explanation

Three days late, with no explanation, and none of the cards they would have left if I had been out.

Their “tracking system” gives only delivery as “today” and no time. Impossible to speak to anyone – only a typing “chat line” which is constantly engaged.

Since I can’t get to their local depot, I shall have to have the item returned to the supplier, and they may not be willing to do that!
