YODEL claim parcel delivery to neighbour who denies it
My parcel was delivered on the 18 April to house 26 which is my neighbor and a lady signed for it. However I have been to all my neighbors and no one knows about this parcel.
I have been told by Yodel that there is nothing they can do until i contact the company who delivered the parcel. I find this rather frustrating.
I have been promised by Yodel that I would be contacted by them via email. I have never received any email and that automated call center number is the worst.
It seems I will never get my parcel. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
