YODEL tell lie after lie
Yodel provide an appalling service. There customer service staff are liars, and treat customers like shit. In my instance they missed a delivery and claimed I wasn’t in (A LIE) and they left a card (A LIE).
I asked them the rearrange the delivery for the Friday as I would be at work for the next three days. They made no attempt to deliver.
I contacted Yodel, they told me they refuse to deliver as they ‘attempted deliveries’ onthe Tuesday and Wednesday and left Cards (A LIE) and I must go to their depot because they are only allowed to deliver three times (A LIE) they made zero attempts to deliver.
I phoned Virgin, and they said they will dispatch another phone, but that has the same tracking number to arrive today. I checked Yodel page about collecting (from a depot 12 miles away and I would have to use buses) – their page said I must bring the card which the LIARS claim they posted.
What gives the LIARS the right to provide a useless services, and dictate to me what they are prepared to do or not do. I don’t care if they only say 60p per delivery.
I don’t care if the drivers have to do another round with just one parcel fort, say 20p – 30p and hour.
ALSO I JUST READ THAT i CAN’T COLLECT FROM DEPOT WITHOUT THE CARD THAT THEY DID NOT PUT THROUGH MY LETTERBOX
