YODEL are a pain when expecting a delivery

Yodel have proved multiple times before to be a pain when expecting a delivery. I shouldn’t be surprised when they manage to be a nuisance when not expecting one too. What are the odds I’ll get a response?

Last Saturday was our 10th wedding Anniversary. Dear friends of ours ordered some bottles of Cava sent via M&S by Yodel. Depot BHWD depot 74 route 25G. First thing. The parcel was thrown over our back fence and broke on the floor. So called M&S they said they would send another. Same thing thrown over the fence. So Called M&S again and they said they would send me some flowers by different courier. Guess what? The flowers which on the box said keep upright and handle with care were also lobbed over our back fence. By yes you’ve guessed it Yodel. M&S wake up. Change your courier. Yodel get the driver on route 25G to deliver footballs. Because that’s all he or she is capable of. Not happy.

YODEL fails to deliver 5 out 8 parcels

I last wrote to you at Christmas to say that Yodel had failed to deliver all my Christmas internet orders. Well things have not improved. They have failed to deliver 5 out of 8 parcels to my home in Lancing, West Sussex, just in the last month. One parcel got through and was clearly marked two of two parcels, but half the consignment had gone missing.
It is extremely distressing to see that people are still sending items with this company when, in my view, they are a complete fraud.

Groupon order goes missing thanks to YODEL

Ordered a item from groupon that was a tad on the pricey side (over £200)

After ordering looked at the email confirmation to find out it was being despatched via Yodel (oh no not them again!!)

Keeping an eye out for the dispatch email and delivery date I went about my day to day business.. 1 week went past… 2 weeks go past still nothing (despite being 1 week delivery)

Email groupon “where is my item” get the response.. Yodel confirmed delivery a week ago to your address!

Groupon say its my responsibility to contact Yodel.. Yodel say they can only talk to groupon about it but that it was delivered!

HOW DO I GET MY ITEM??!?!??!!

UPS is just as bad as YODEL

Hi, you should also do a site for UPS! Yodell are bad, but UPS are just as bad and when you complain thier local office manager lies to the head office and they accept what he said, then when you ask the manager to prove his lies they stop dealing with your complaint rather than admit thier staff lie! Avoid UPS is my advice from my expericence of them! Plus my local UPS depot dosn’t have any disabled parking or access (stairs to get in, no ramps, no lift!) (thats illegal) and make disabled people park accross a busy street than even able bodied people would have trouble crossing, even though they have a car park, but its for staff only i was told, dispite showing them my diabled badge!
