the driver came 3 days on the trot and said he couldn’t gain access to my house the lazy bastard didn’t come anywhere near me apart from today when I followed the tracking saying I was next so I flagged him down and he had already bypassed my flat and put down customer not in and he had the parcel but wuld not give it to me because he had already classed it as needing redelivery

Yodel app advised they were unable to deliver my parcel (Xmas dinner for 6) today. No further contact until a few minutes ago. Said it had been delivered to my neighbour. None of my neighbours has it.

Told me they attempted delivery. Flat out lie.

Said there was no safe space to leave the package despite the fact I have a concierge and a courtyard with no gate.

Went onto livechat and they were less than useless. First refused to do a thing. Second closed the chat before even responding. Third closed the chat after refusing to answer the question as to why no calling card was left.

Why the FUCK are these people still in business??

I have never, EVER received such shitty customer support.

My father has Parkinson’s and needs time to get to the door entry buzzer. This is the second day the yodel is running off too quickly. Now I see on facebook a dedicated page to their terrible service.

second time in a row – first time sent to another address in the right postcode, this time took no notice of teh date i asked it to be delivered so parcel left outside and damaged. both times they said it was the senders issue – why?! would love to start a class action against them

I ordered an item for next day delivery, 5 days later, and the item had left the depot twice, and both times it had bee returned to the depot. This was with Ebuyer.com, a company I had used for many years, and had always found to be reliable. I ordered a refund, and have not used Ebuyer since.

After a nightmare experience with YODEL I did some research online and found the following link. The page has an email address and amazingly my parcel was finally delivered on the same day following my email! Give it a go:

Parcel out for next day delivery on 16th March. Still no parcel! It’s been lost or stolen but it’s nothing to do with them according to their customer services as my contract is with who I bought the goods from (USC). Spent a fortune on their expensive phone line being told various different stories including: driver got to delivery location but couldn’t find parcel in van.

It was lost in the warehouse and then the real corker. USC never sent it to us. USC have since sent me proof that Yodel recieved the goods. All they keep doing is referring me back to USC who have been great but can’t help. Just replied to a email with a long explanation of what has gone on only to recieve another e mail saying its lost but it’s nothing to do with them and I quote “Take care and have a lovely week”…grrrrrrrrrr makes my p*ss boil!!!

I for one will never purchase anything from any retailer that uses Yodel. I advise everyone else does the same. How to companies like this survive and think that this is acceptable.

Downright lies and failure to make a delivery – paid for as a next day service for three days the website says tried and left card nobody in – we have been at the house with a dog who barks at any visitor and no cards have been left! In fact we live up a farm track and while every other courier delivers Yodel persist in failing with Amazon parcels including presents, cloths and in this case a urgently needed computer. DO NOT buy from Amazon if Yodel are the delivery method.

hy, i had a delivery from ebay that got delivered today. unfortunatelly i didn t realize it has been sent to an old adress from southampton. is there any chance to get it back from there ? there must be new people living at that adress so i do t know how to get the parcel back. can it be collected and send to my new address somehow? thank you
