YODEL driver kicked our door in delivering Littlewoods parcel

I had some christmas gifts from littlewoods catalogue delivered Yodel. i was at work so rather than deliver to a neighbour or come back the driver kicks of the front door damaging the frame and the lock coming off totally. this was witnessed by 2 neighbours!!

Yodel said they would investigate.. they came back to us 7 weeks later saying they driver said the door was already busted!! they would not repair the door frame or lock.. now we have to cover this cost!

Two days for parcel to arrive from China, 11 days to leave YODEL depot

It took 2 days for a phone to arrive in UK from China. It then took YODEL 11 days for it to leave their depot.

I contacted them daily and they said it would be out for delivery that day. The web chat people seem to have no power and cannot see more that I can see via “Tracking”. Eventually I spoke to someone in India and played “Chinese whispers”.

I asked him a question. He rang the depot and the depot rang the driver. The driver hung up and the depot hung up and the chap in India told me the answer.

“Where is my parcel?” – took 8 minute to get an answer. Next question: “Why won’t you deliver?” meant another 8 minutes on hold. Terrible Terrible service. AVOID YODEL???

Whole day wasted waiting for YODEL no show

Typical storey of no delivery, I asked the support team to contact the driver but they refused.

Whole day wasted waiting for a parcel I need for work, and considering i am self employed, I lost a days fees.

Think its time to start invoicing them for the time.

‘Something odd has happened’ claimed YODEL as delivery never showed

Even though I tracked my parcel through the day (9th item to be delivered) at 4pm I checked as I was concerned nothing had arrived.

The website stated parcel delivered c11:30 which it wasn’t , at least it wasn’t elivered to the correct address. This is not the first time I have waited all day fora failed delivery when I had urgent tasks to undertake.

On reporting to Yodel they agree “something odd has happened” they promised will call with an update.

Every courier firm finds our office… EXCEPT YODEL

Yodel cannot find my workplace, despite it being readily found on any up to date sat nav and also on google maps. Idiots!

We get regular deliveries every ay from TNT, Hermes, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, ParcelForce and DPD. It is not a difficult place to find!

FRAGILE parcel crushed by YODEL

Yodel decided it was a good idea to crush a parcel that had 2 fragile stickers on, smashing the glass on the inside.

GREAT JOB! Shame on you Habitat for using them.

Next day delivery with ASDA has not turned up

Despite paying for next day delivery yesterday from a Asda I received a tracking number that stated my parcel was out for delivery at 9am today.

It is now 10pm and it has still not been delivered.

No way of contacting their customer service due to the time of night and no update since 9am to say it was out.

How is it that in this day an age companies still use these bunch of halfwits to deliver their products???

YODEL driver is now phoning me and turning up at my home after I complained

After failing to turn up for delivery on Thursday I amended the delivery address for my high value items to my work on Friday. When I arrived home I got a card saying the parcel was around the back.

No parcel, so I started a claim and yodel have lied about it being signed for. I have been harrassed by the driver who keeps phoning and turning up leaving notes written on non yodel paperwork.

He has my name, address and phone number and I’m really worried.

Bridesmaid dresses lost by YODEL

Yodel lost some dresses that we ordered from china for the bridesmaids at our wedding. These cost well in excess of £100.

My partner was told by the seller to contact Yodel. She tried the parcel checker, but that didn’t work as it said there was an issue with the package and to contact support.

She tried to contact them and was on hold for 2 hours and never actually spoke to any one only to realise the number was a premium rate number.

At this point she hung up and we never received our parcel.

The seller requested more money from us to send the package again, and when we finally contacted yodel they said the contract is with the seller so we should contact them. However they have cut contact with us. In the mean time we just received a phone bill for £133 amounting to being on hold to yodel when they never actually answered.

When complaining about this to yodel they claim this is our fault.

Despite note saying to leave with neighbour, YODEL dumped delivery behind a bin

I take in parcels for a neighbour opposite in Marshfield Road So Alcombe Minehead. He leaves a note on his front door that clearly states where to leave it.

Your driver came today, looked at the notice for a long time then pulled the Wheely bin into the gate and placed the cardboard box behind it. I saw this as I went to open the front door.

He then jumped into his van and sped away before I could speak to him. It had been rainy so much this morning I went across and picked up the parcel to stop the wet seeping in to the cardboard, this happened today at 1.40pm.

Why did he do this? I saw him reading the note yet he chose to ignore it.
