Person at the other end can only offer another day when I have to wait in YET AGAIN for the whole day up to 9PM I am on my 6th attempt at staying connected for long enough to get a delivery.
I have waisted more than 2 hours of my life!!!
Twice I gave been informed by text that my parcel had been delivered, NOT TRUE,
unable to speak to a human at customer services – I wonder why? Driver lied to my face saying he was not sure which neighbour he left it with. No card left informing me either.
Yodel is a crap company.
Ordered an item, it was meant to be delivered by Yodel. However, that was on the 9th January! Still never arrived! I finally managed to get in touch with 13ten who advised the item went to the wrong warehouse, and have conducted a search of the item but have now stated it’s been lost in transit!! How does a parcel thats been scanned get lost on transit?!
I have written a complain to Yodel. Let’s see what the response is!
I have been waiting for a delivery of a bike for my Son for Christmas. It was despatched by the company the next day and has now been sat waiting at the Nant Garw warehouse for delivery since the 15th December. All I have had is constant lies and excuses as to an expected delivery date. Absolutely appalled at their disgusting customer service
Yodel have had my parcel for 3 days now, I paid for 24hr next day delivery.
Their excuse is, we are backlogged with parcels..
It’s xmas, didn’t they know it was gonna be busy..
Yodel really are a waste of space and time.
I advise anyone and everyone never to use them…
I won’t get my parcels ( which are presents ) in time for xmas…

Ordered something on the 8th December & tracking has been down as “will be delivered today” for the last 10 days. Now Christmas Eve and still no delivery. Spoke to their customer service live chat a week ago who straight up lied and said it will be here in the next 24-48 hours and I’ll receive an email if not. Still no email. Still no delivery

Yodel have told me that it is my fault my parcel is missing, my query is resolved, the driver is adamant he delivered it and that it’s up to me, the seller and the whole world and his dogs fault but theirs. Their phone lines and web chats have cut me off as they are satisfied they have done all they can. If they continue with their hardline denial I am either going to hallucinate in false belief and imagine my parcel is before my very eyes or…. go on a mad rampage of insanity for repeatedly being told I am a liar….
It’s a parcel worth about £3.99 but I will not rest until justice is served.
Yodel guy put my delivery in my trash bin. It got stuck in it. It also had garbage juice on the bottom. So the only way to turn the bin upside down which means the juice went all over the delivery. This is very dumb. I cannot find any lighter way of describing this initiative. On top of that he also left me this note “I have left your parcel inside black RECYCLE plastic”. Mate since when the black trash bin has been used for recycling?
Is it your first day in the UK or do you think that I am that stupid to buy it and show understanding? Shame on you Yodel.
had 2 recent bad experiances with yodel. First was a package delivered at home, a glass kettle clearly marked fragile. No one was home so they dropped it over a 7 foot fence. How it did not break i do not know. Second was this weekend at work, again, package marked fragile, no one was in so they dropped it over an 8 foot fences straight onto concrete. But then i guess thats what companies get for just marking packages in English seeing as most of Yodels drivers can’t speake it let alone read it.
