Lakeland Furniture now also uses Yodel, unfortunately.

I ordered an Item from Yodel on 29th of October. They delivered it to the wrong address. Every time I call Yodel they either talk & tell me a load of lies OR they hang up the phone when I ask where my goods are… As far as they are concerned they have delivered it. But I don’t have my furniture item. They will not admit they lost it. The EBay seller has closed the case in their favour. I’m not impressed with that a tall…

So. I got no where with the EBay seller. I’m getting absolutely no where with Yodel. They REFUSE TO CO-OPERATE with me….

I have gone above them to Pay Pal. They are going to step in. Failing that I’ll take it to financial ombudsmen.

My item was a piece of expensive furniture which I never received & they told me a lady named Angie signed for it. Anyway who the F@$K is Angie???.

Oh… It doesnt look like I’m going to get my item back or a refund.

So a word to every one who’s buying Christmas presents online. Please
Check & make sure the delivery firm IS NOT Yodel. OR you will never receive your goods.

Yodel are a bunch of incompetent crooks . I’m out of pocket & lady named Angie has got my furniture…

A parcel addressed to P Niven, 54, Martlesham Lodge, Woodbridge was left here yesterday . To our knowledge there is no such address. I will leave it on the doorstep as it was left here at Martlesham Lodge, IP124PQ. PLEASE COLLECT

Dreadful company! I am going to refuse to do business with anyone who uses this shambolic excuse for a company! Constantly lying about us not being in to receive a deliver and lying about leaving calling cards . Never normally get wound up but I just can’t understanf how they’re still in business

very large box (toddler bed) sent out for delivery friday garenteed..didnt turn up, drive was in our town 2 roads up (Yodel app), contacted Yodel,they said we had canceled order, no we didnt as bed for 18month old, then said we had to collect for depot 40 miles away (dont drive, paid for delivery) then said we had recieved the parcel as we signed for it, no we hadn’t, then said it was still at depot even tho site said it was delivered, then sent out (ha) again for re-delivery, apparently no-one in (3 of us were in all day and one waited in the rain for 40mins as Yodel app said again they were near us) ..then said it was at depot again, then they said there was a mix up with delivery on system, next call they said then out for delivery and now says delivered and again signed for..we still have NO package. Yodel are Liars and fob us off with rubbish..now they say due to fact we HAVE the item they wont refund or take this any further..contacted seller who also says site says delivered so he wont refund..NO bed, no refund..near 100 and cant get a penny back..This company are totally disgusting, rude and unwilling to sort their company out

2 days running they say they can’t find our house !! Gave them BOTH my telephone numbers and asked them to call me ! Surprise.. they haven’t even bothered !!!
