YODEL apologised for ‘how I felt’ not because they’re shite

Aldi unfortunately chose yodel to deliver a parcel to me and I have never had a worse experience with a delivery company ever. Card shoved through mailbox saying unable to deliver, despite being in the home all day so they clearly didn’t ring the doorbell or try at all.

Used website to arrange redelivery – this time never arrived at all. And please dont even bother with the number on heir website – its automated and once you give it the tracking number it will tell you there is no further information at this time and hang up on you.

Tried the only route through to customer service i.e the webchat, waited 30mins for an advisor who was condescending and unhelpful, apologising for “how i felt” rather than that the company is a massive pile of **** and unable to tell me anything about what had happened to my delivery. Refused to give me their full name as well.

Finished by telling them to send it back to aldi for a refund.

Waited in all day and YODEL never turned up

My item was due Saturday 20/8/16 it never came sender paid a premium so it would arrive Saturday. Monday 22/8/16 I recieved an sms. Parcel was with driver it will be delivered today we waited all day no driver turned up.

I recieved another sms sorry we missed you we have left a card.

No card was left no knock on our door been in contact will be with you by 7pm what an absolute joke this firm is

YODEL live chat always busy until it’s too late

This company’s website and communication is awful. You can’t phone depot or Yodel direct. The tracking service might tell you that its being delivered but its not.

The live chat is always busy until late at night when the delivery staff have gone.

Absolutely appalling in this day and age of technology. Goodness knows what you do if not online

Uniform ordered went missing in the YODEL depot

I ordered a uniform via my new employer. they said they had ordered it and it should me with me within 7 days. styed in that entire week- literally. the 15/8/16 fed up of waiting I emailed my new employer and asked if they could track my uniform and see what is happening. they got back to me to tell me that there was an attempted delivery on the 3/8 and that a calling card was left- lies. s

o I contact YODEL via webchat and I am told that there had been an attempted delivery that day (15/8) and that a calling card was left and they would try the next day- oh and no calling card. next day- nothing. contact again- advisor said no attempted redelivery was made and she didn’t know why I had been given false information.

then two days ago, after endless web chats, I finally get some truth- the parcel is missing at depot.

I cant start my new job without that uniform and its almost three weeks ago it was meant to be delivered.

useless company!!!!

Paid extra for YODEL ‘next day’!

Once again Yodel suppose to deliver to me today, once again they couldn’t be bothered to send it out for delivery.

I paid extra for it to be delivered today. Took me ages to get a hold of someone to talk too. I am tired of problems with this company.

Last year i had a courier knock on my door, when i opened the door, he got back in is van and told me will deliver tomorrow, your too slow answering the door and i have also had other issues in the past with them, everyone should avoid these cowboys.

DPD are by far the best courier service out there.

YODEL delivery from Mothercare never showed up. YODEL lied.

Not received order- investigation was raised via mothercare to Yodel. Driver had said he delivered to the neighbour on the right and a guy called And signed for it.

I checked with both neighbours- nope nothing delivered or signed for.

Called mothercare to confirm and they asked the driver to pick up the order where they delivered it and then deliver to my address.

Yodel responded to say the parcels where delivered to the correct address and for mother care to follow missing parcels procedure. So which is it? 1) delivered to driver next door and they signed or 2) delivered to correct address??

Appalling!! Also no card through the letter box to say it’s next door!

YODEL ran off after ringing my bell

Yodel knocked on my doorbell, then ran away, throwing a card to call out the van window as they drove off.

Did they fill out the card? Of course not.

Did they forge my signature to pretend that I signed for my package and it was delivered?

This is Yodel we’re talking about – of course they did.

Where is my package and delivery now?

Yodel doesn’t know.

YODEL driver swore repeatedly at a woman at my retirement home

Delivery driver used the F and C words at a woman several time and squared up to her at the retirement housing I live at.

I was disgusted at his language and I’m ex forces so I’ve heard loads in my time.

His Sprinter van is PO64ZVF the driver needs sacking immediately. He had a bad attitude, Lord knows why Yodel employed this moron.

BTW he is English, the Polish guys are much more polite.

Two attempts to buy a laptop from eBuyer – no delivery from YODEL

ebuyer and yodel what a partnership im disabled spend time in and out of hospital i had a good job unttil i became disabled

in the last month i have ordered 2 laptops and i still do not have one the last one was deliverd 50 miles away from my address so they say how is that possible and with no one signed for it 3 days later still waiting for this too be sorted how can they leave it whitout anyone signing for it 50 miles from my address

i need my laptop for banking shoping and paying my bills i ring them up and they lie do not use yodel or ebuyer they are f ing liers

Tracking shows 12 attempts have been made to deliver

I was expecting a parcel via Yodel on 21/07/16 it did not arrive by 24th so I commenced tracking.

To date (30/07/16) the tracking details state that 12 attempts have been made to deliver to my address.. There are 3 dwelling in the close where I live and they are all within shouting distance of where I live.

In addition to this I have only been away from home on one day and we have had workmen working on site for the past two weeks. How can a Company condone behaviour which is so blatantly incompetent if not criminal
