YODEL lost my parcel and said I should contact the seller

What a shower of cunts the absolute lot of them. Lying driver says I signed for parcel right on top of Christmas. It was my kids main present. no one gives a flying fuck, web chat keep kicking me out. I have not even swore once the filthy dribbley arse holes. I will upload web chats once I have edited the personal details.

I am fuming, I really believe that yodel has a one for you and one for me system going on shower of robbing cunts told me to contact the seller as if it was his fault poor man

I ordered the item for 5th January 2016. I was waiting all day (05.01.2016) at home and nobody came so I checked on website my parcel status and it was written that I missed a parcel and that they left me calling card which I haven’t found.

I spoke with Yodel staff 3 times on 5.01.2016 and we established that on next day (6.01.2016 today) if nobody will be at home they gonna leave package in shop under my flat and I still don’t have a package and calling note which I should have. I was at home all day today!!!!!!! Nobody came??!!??!! I asked in shop as well and nobody was there.

I checked my parcel status today and it is written that I missed parcel AGAIN!!??? I didn’t open doors…

I am curious that maybe people who delivering package to me don’t know how to use door bell or knocking the door because nobody done it since 2 days!!???!!!

How many more days will I gonna waste?

Where are my calling cards??

Why do they lying me??!!???!!???!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes from Topshop and paid £6 for next day delivery. I arrived home to find no delivery note, and no shoes. I called Topshop (spending 15 minutes on hold) who eventually advised me that Yodel had confirmed they’d delivered the parcel at 11am and left it in the woodstore. I confirmed there’d been no delivery note left, but checked the woodstore, and the woodstore of both my neighbours, along with my bin, recyling box and shed and the rest of my garden.

No shoes! Topshop said that until they’d got in touch with Yodel about this (they generally respond in 48 hours I was helpfully told) they couldn’t do anything about it.

Yodel are quite honestly the absolute worst delivery company on the face of the earth, and I will now not purchase from companies using Yodel. Topshop (express delivery) and the White company (express delivery) should be added to the list,

Yodel always lie. such a disgusting company which ALWAYS FAIL to fulfil its only purpose which is delivering parcels!

Delivery is ALWAYS late and the excuse they use is the same every time!! “delivery was attempted but couldn’t access property” they always said some sort of card was left when it wasn’t!!!! FUCKING YODEL I HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL

Frame from Amazon arrived smashed because of YODEL

Ordered a picture frame from Amazon. Despite warning of glass and pictures all over the box, not only was the glass in the frame smashed but the frame itself was split.

YODEL ripped open my parcel and stole the contents

Package Contents Lost Or Stolen by Yodel on the 17/11 2015 between Exeter and Newton Abbot Devon UK. I ordered this item from ebay, private seller New York USA on 27/10/2015 arrived in the UK on 11/11/2015 at 13Ten, they sat on it for a week and then handed the package over to yodel, I phoned 13 Ten and they said the package was with yodel and the package is marked as damaged they also said that they would not ship an empty package as they have to weigh it.

So I drove down to Newton Abbot Depot and was given an empty package, which had been ripped open and the contents stolen.

I have reported this to the Police but as its not the Crown Jewels, I don’t think I will ever see my item again.

YODEL keeps taking my parcels to the wrong address

My parcels keep being delivered to the wrong address, this has happened more times than I care to remember, and is very very frustrating. One off, is a mistake, fair enough, they happen, but time after time, is a joke. Can these drivers not read address labels, or Sat Navs properly?

The Customer Care, well, I don’t know where the ‘Care’ part has gone..I wish companies would use a more ‘reliable’ Courier..because these people and their company are abysmal..

YODEL van, reg NV15 VKS, almost run us over

Yodel driver in van NV15 VKS has just nearly run us over by mounting the pavement whilst I was out walking with my wife and baby in Middleton St. George (on Middleton lane). The driver for some reason needed to cross the road then reverse onto the pavement and continue reverse for some distance whilst we were walking. It was only because I stepped out of the way (still on the pavement) that I wasn’t run over by this idiot.

I alerted the driver as he reversed past and he made no attempt to stop despite clearly knowing at this point we were there This was very dangerous and he could have run us over had we been distracted.

There were two people in the van at the time obviously neither had the sense to say they should wait until the three people on the pavement went past (it would have taken less than 30 seconds.

Hmm, where do i begin? The last parcel I had delivery was smashed to pieces. Today’s parcel, a tablet, was supposed to be delivered between 7am and 6pm. Pushing 7pm i hear a van.

go to the door and was told by the driver he was just going to post it. A tablet?! Lucky for me i intercepted that then. Then there was the time the most prolific burglar in our area started working for them.

Oddly enough at the same time i had a bailiff knock at my door. A laptop had been ordered, and signed for, at this address.

Shocking service. I don’t know anyone who is happy with them.

I watched a YODEL driver deliver my parcel to the wrong address

I watched a USELESS YODEL driver enter my cul de sac.

He then reversed straight back out again and turned down the adjacent street and delivered to another address. Obviously the delivery was nit for me.

An hour later the person where the parcel was left at delivered it to me personally.
No card was left at either address and the label on the package was totally legible.
It was only by the honesty of the neighbour that the parcel was delivered.

USELESS YODEL had subcontracted the delivery from another courier.

You could not make this up !
