They don’t even bother to knock. I live on a main street, and my deliveries often have clearly branded packaging.

Two iPhones have gone missing with this delivery service. iPhone 1 was registered delivered At the beginning of February 2019. It wasn’t delivered to me!
It was classed as a missing parcel by Yodel. Virgin media, after numerous telephones to both Yodel and Vigin media, iPhone 2 was posted and should have arrived at the end of February. I received an email at 9.30pm to say it was delivered at 1.38am to a house several doors down the road.
He said he hadn’t got it. Rang Yodel who confirmed that the parcel was delivered to this house with a signature of Alan!!!!
I was taught a signature had to have a surname. Still waiting for the results of this. I have cancelled my order with Virgin Media as I don’t want a third to go missing, but this can’t be ratified until this is resolved. Still got my iPhone 5s!
I’m experiencing a right Yodel hell too. A Yodel driver has attacked me three times (the same person, not three different drivers), threatened me, and is now stalking and harassing me. This has been going on for several months.
It seems he even gets his work colleagues to stalk me on his behalf as there are suddenly no end Yodel vans up and down my road – we never used to have them around here as not many people in my town deal with Yodel (they know how bad Yodel is).
I am unable to report this to police as he has threatened to make false allegations against me if I were to “give him problems” and I have no doubt he would do this if I were to report him. I am a vulnerable female, alone and terrified, and live in constant fear now.
Driver came today and didn’t knock or ring the bell. Just put card through the door. I’m currently working night shifts. I didn’t go to bed. I stayed in the lounge. My front door opens into my lounge.
At no point since getting home did I leave the lounge. Delivering a parcel isn’t rocket science. How can they get this so spectacularly wrong. You bring parcel, you knock loudly or ring bell, and parcel is collected. What useless idiots work for this company?
I tried repeatedly to speak with customer services. They’re automated system kept hanging up on me. I had 30 minutes of wasted live chat. Then I had 15 minutes of wasted customer support with a call centre in India. I still haven’t received my parcel which was urgent for today.
No one can contact the driver, and will not get this until next week now! Yodel are renowned for being the worst delivery company in the UK, and this just reinforces this opinion. CEO e-mail on its way. Avoid Yodel at all costs.
Hi just received a phantom delivery from the incompetent yodel.Tracked my parcel was due in two minutes then magic it’s been delivered no van,no delivery driver and of course no dam parcel.Then when I double checked the tracking ,says your parcel has been delivered and it’s in your safe place, that’ll be the back of the drivers van, clearly could not be arsed to deliver the parcel.
Yodel was supposed to deliver a package ordered on Groupon to my address. They put it on their website that the parcel has been delivered to my address l; but I have not received my order and neither are my neighbours collect on my behalf. Both Groupon, Yodel and Paypal are of no use to me. Paypal has released the fund for the company that sold the bed to me but I have not received my order. All these companies are useless. PayPal rerouted their calls to Philippines. The first thing that the call agent asked for is my credit card number. What a joke. I advise people not to patronise these so call call fake online Services.
Yodel say my parcel has been delivered but I haven’t got it and neither has the sender. Been contacting them for 3 weeks but they are so unhelpful – webchat is a waste of time and they keep giving contradicting advice. Asked for a number to make a complaint and she terminated the chat! They don’t care about customer service or customer satisfaction. So, I don’t know where my parcel is and they don’t care. Absolutely hopeless. There cannot be a more inefficient company than Yodel.
Hav a parcel delivered to the worng address left on the door step cant gat hold of anyone not answering anything took to Twitter to hav a rant told them to collect it I will hand it in to the police station totally lost for words !!!
My parcel was confirmed as delivered but I had received nothing. I contacted Argos and they replied that the parcel had been delivered to Joe. No surname no address.
Following this I contacted Yodel who said they would interview the driver. The response was that the Parcel was ‘handed it over to a lady at the age of 26 at the property who signed for it’. No name, no address, just a lady ‘at the age of 26’.
I re-contacted Argos and they have sent another, who knows if it will actually arrive. Yodel is a joke of a company from top down.
