I will never buy from any supplier who uses Yodel to deliver

My package was supposed to be delivered today. The tracking page shows that the package is at the local depot and to expect delivery on or before by 31st March 2016.

After wasting the whole day waiting for the package to be delivered I just contacted the customer service to be told that they will arrange a delivery tomorrow. I will never buy from any supplier who uses Yodel to deliver.

This company doesn’t deserve a single star but I had to chose one to post this review

Took a day off work to wait for YODEL… never showed up

Day taken off work, in all day and in the garden. Apparently the delivery driver could not locate my address!!

Despite a delivery from Yodel two days previously. Cannot give a delivery time be it morning, afternoon or evening for the next delivery day.

What company uses drivers who do not have a mobile phone to contact you let alone google map access or sat nav.

This company is a complete joke.

YODEL tell lie after lie

Yodel provide an appalling service. There customer service staff are liars, and treat customers like shit. In my instance they missed a delivery and claimed I wasn’t in (A LIE) and they left a card (A LIE).

I asked them the rearrange the delivery for the Friday as I would be at work for the next three days. They made no attempt to deliver.

I contacted Yodel, they told me they refuse to deliver as they ‘attempted deliveries’ onthe Tuesday and Wednesday and left Cards (A LIE) and I must go to their depot because they are only allowed to deliver three times (A LIE) they made zero attempts to deliver.

I phoned Virgin, and they said they will dispatch another phone, but that has the same tracking number to arrive today. I checked Yodel page about collecting (from a depot 12 miles away and I would have to use buses) – their page said I must bring the card which the LIARS claim they posted.

What gives the LIARS the right to provide a useless services, and dictate to me what they are prepared to do or not do. I don’t care if they only say 60p per delivery.

I don’t care if the drivers have to do another round with just one parcel fort, say 20p – 30p and hour.

ALSO I JUST READ THAT i CAN’T COLLECT FROM DEPOT WITHOUT THE CARD THAT THEY DID NOT PUT THROUGH MY LETTERBOX

YODEL failed to collect parcel for Argos

I have tell phoned for a collection of an item that was replaced by Argos and they had arranged the collect. Although left by the back gate with a clear note on the door it was a failed to collect. I was then left a card to re-arrange collection. I did this twice by phone and once online giving the reference number but still no collection even after waiting in.

I have contacted Argos and they are supporting and helping re-arrange a collection.

What poor service from Yodel and i have certainly let others know how bad your companies service is. I will be interested to know how you respond to this or will it just be another automated services that clearly is ineffective.

I think YODEL has kept my parcel

11 th November came home to find a Yodel’missed you ‘ card ,tried automated telephone service and computer but driver had left a 9 digit reference number instead of 10 digits,so automated systems did not recognize it and was given no option to find any help.

Waited 2 weeks then contacted sender and was able to get a reference number from them.Got back to Yodel who promised redelivery within 48 hours,now 3 days later on a saturday afternoon they are trying to tell me to contact TNT with my adddress -TNT have nothing to do with it and besides,their offices are closed til Monday morning.

I am beginning to think that the original driver has kept our package knowing that a false reference number would keep us lost for quite a while.Will probably still be pulling my hair out next week.

YODEL said we were not in. Yes we were!

Paid for express delivery, for delivery last Thursday 3rd March. No parcel, apparently delivered and in a safe place, even though we were in all day and didn’t see anyone.

Been chasing it ever since and still no parcel or contact email from the Yodel depot.

Apparently the driver has returned to our house and we weren’t in, well we were in and still no parcel or explanation.

YODEL are all thieves and liars

Good old Yodel, for the third time in one month they have said they have handed an Amazon order to a non-existent neighbour.

I get my Amazon orders delivered to my parents as I am at work all day. They have a tied cottage within gated grounds, where there are three more properties. At no point did the van driver even come up to the gates to attempt delivery. However, they think it is perfectly acceptable to say that a neighbour has signed for it, which is a great reason for stealing the parcel and therefore having no accountability.

The Yodel courier for Cholderton, Salisbury, Wiltshire is nothing more than a THIEF and it is high time this person was investigated and prosecuted.
Yodel employ thieves who will steal your parcels and say they have delivered them.

Additionally at Christmas they said that they had delivered a parcel to me but I couldn’t sign for it as I was blind, which I most definitely am not. Again, I never saw that parcel either.

Someone please sort this fraudulent company out, it can only be a matter of time before they are prosecuted. THIEVES AND LIARS.

Left in my porch… what porch?

on yodel tracking says the parcel was left in a safe place my front porch as I don’t have one the parcel could have been left there then when speaking with them the driver said he left it outside my front door really what a safe place hmmmmm now the parcel is missing didn’t even knock on anyones house to leave the parcel or leave a card for re delivery wonder where the parcel is now no common sense at all

So my parcel was meant to be delivered today been in alday went on there site to chat to someone online to see where it was they said to ring his number so i did got an answer machine as appz drivers have to have their mobiles off so they wont get calls or texts got off the chat 10 mins after only to get a email to say we tried to deliver and left a calling card well abit convient as i dont have a calling card and it says to ring the his numb well thats abit stupid since they cant pick up since their phones are off

YODEL courier smashed my glass foor

I have mobility issues so on the 4th Feb 2016 was bed bound. I was alarmed by a long series of bangs. When I got down there was a card through the door and this was the result of the glass.

The glass was broken in a 1/2 hour period from my wife leaving the house and me getting woken by the banging. I phoned the driver who said he might of done it but not noticed, he came round next morning to deliver the parcel I missed and just started gobbing off and saying how could he do that.

There was no other person to our house all day, but yodel have investigated and I just recieved there response. It is that mistaken im quite sure I wasn’t there when the incident took place.
